An Author in Search of An Agent
A former resident of the deep Midwest, I am a writer based in Upstate New York. I write in many genres, but I mainly focus on secondary world or portal fantasies and magical realism. My favorite themes involve found families, self-acceptance, and attempts at subverting genre tropes. Whether or not I’m successful is up to the readers.
My identity as a (dis)abled woman is present in most if not all of my projects, focusing on bodily autonomy, politics of gender and disability, and the American healthcare system.
